VISA PROCESSING DELAYS
Please allow for ample time to obtain a visa before your planned travel to PTC'05. Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. The U.S. Department of State recommends that visa applications are submitted 4-5 months in advance as delays are expected.

The Pacific Telecommunications Council has blocked a limited number of rooms at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa for PTC'05. Please download the reservation form and mail or fax the complete form directly to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa. Reservations must be received by 15 December 2004 to qualify for the PTC rate. Rooms are on a space available basis only. (Early Bird Garden View room reservations are not available online. Forms must be faxed to: +1.808.948.7660.)

Official Airlines

Northwest/KLM Airlines
Northwest/KLM Airlines is the official airline for PTC’05. Discounts and special rates are available for travel within the period of 9-26 January 2005.

For travel originating in the U.S. and Canada by Northwest/KLM and Northwest code share flights operated by Continental or Continental Express, Mesaba and Pinnacle:

• A 15% or 10% discount off the unrestricted published or applicable published fares respectively, for tickets purchased at least 30 days before departure.
• A 10% or 5% discount off the unrestricted published or applicable published fares respectively, for tickets purchased less than 30 days before departure.
• Net zone fares are also available for individual and group reservations.
  

For travel originating in Europe and Asia by Northwest, KLM, Northwest designated flights (including airlink/affiliates) and KLM designated flights:

• A 10% discount off the applicable World Business Class, Normal Economy, Special Economy, APEX or Super APEX fares.
• A 5% discount off any promotional or ‘short-term’ sales fares that are offered to/from North America and Europe or to/from North America and Asia.

Airport Shuttle

An airport shuttle is available between the airport and Waikiki Hotels. US$8.00 one-way or US$14.00 round trip per person (gratuity not included). Two regular suitcases and one carry-on are acceptable. Can also accommodate large groups. Mini buses and limousine services are available. Prior arrangements are encouraged.
