By-Laws Review Committee Formed
At its 16 May teleconference meeting, our Board of Governors approved the establishment of a Committee to review our current Bylaws. The Board felt it was timely to undertake this review as we now have the benefit of several years of experience with the new Bylaws and have weathered some challenging transitions, as have many of our members.
The Review Committee has been asked to gather input, review proposed modifications and bring back their recommendations to the Board of Governors for its consideration.
For the membership of the committee, more information regarding proposals to-date and how you can provide input, please click through here.
