Chinese carriers and equipment manufacturers are under tremendous pressure to re-invent themselves at home, and to find new revenue opportunities in overseas markets. While the number of broadband users in China has grown at double-digit rates in recent years, a Digital Divide is emerging that threatens to further exacerbate the income gap between urban and rural areas. This panel will examine latest developments in China's government policy, the broadband market, and company growth strategies.
