PTC's Role in Development

What can PTC do that would make a difference? There
is no need to reinvent the wheel. There are already many
studies with limited goal-oriented activities. Can
we map out a plan ending in specific operational accomplishments? Who
and what organizations within PTC would be interested
and/or could assist? What outside organizations could
we work with? Do we have the resources to manage it?
Is there a valid need for more effort in this area?
