Mr. RAJAN SWAROOP, Executive Director, Enterprise Services-Carrier, has been part of the Telecom services environment in India for the last 14 years.  During this period he was instrumental in launching of mobile services, in introducing Wireless in Local Loop equipment and services in India and launching V-SAT services in India.  In his last assignment, he launched mobile services in the Eastern Region of India for Bharti Airtel Limited.  Eastern Region constitutes 21% of India’s population, with the lowest GDP per capita in India.  Through this assignment he took the mobile services to the poorest in India.

Education Background:  Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
