ONE-DAY ONLY REGISTRATIONS (US $400 For one day)
PTC offers one-day registrations to individuals who will only be able to attend
events of a particular day. Each one-day registrant is entitled to purchase
one (1) one-day pass to attend either Sunday Only, Monday Only, Tuesday
Only, or Wednesday Only. One-day registrations include online proceedings,
and sessions/ exhibits/ coffee breaks/ food and beverage functions (excluding
those by invitation only) for that day only. This excludes the individual
from any events outside of that day. Be sure to check the schedule carefully
before you register. Registration materials will only be distributed to the
registrants for the day of their valid one-day registration.

Non-conference and one-day conference attendees (who are not registered
for Sunday) may not purchase Opening Reception tickets. In order to
attend any PTC reception, you must be registered for the entire conference
or registered for the day of the reception that you wish to attend.
The exception would be guests of registered full-delegates, in which
case, tickets can only be purchased for the guests by the registered
delegates before or during the conference, based on availability.
A Guest is defined as a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult
child (21 or older). Children under 21 are not allowed to attend any
PTC function. If you wish to arrange for childcare, please contact
the hotel concierge for the Keiki Program.
PTC'07 CONFERENCE AND REGISTRATION POLICY
- Registration will not be processed without payment.
- Fee rates
will be determined by the date payment is received.
- A valid form
of photo identification must be presented to claim registration badge
and materials.
- Materials may not be picked up for another registrant,
unless a copy of a valid form of photo identification of the registrant
is provided.
- PTC does not accept hotel deposits or reservations.
PTC'07 EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION POLICY
To qualify for the discounted conference registration, you must be
listed as Exhibitor Personnel on the PTC'07 Exhibitor Badge Form. Discounts
will not apply until the Exhibitor Registration is confirmed with the
completed Exhibitor Contract, booth payment and booth assignment.
All credit card transactions are processed in US dollars and are subject
to the current exchange rates. Only US dollars are accepted. International
funds must be submitted in US dollars.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
PTC will send a written confirmation to you within seven (7) working days
of receipt by PTC. If you do not receive confirmation within this time,
please email PTC Registration at ptcreg@ptc.org.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee that falls in
the same registration category. All substitution requests must be submitted
in writing via post, fax or email. Substitutions received after Friday, 15
December 2006 are subject to an administrative fee of US$50.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via post, fax or email. Cancellations
received by Friday, 15 December 2006 are subject to a US$100 administrative
fee. No refunds will be made after Friday, 15 December 2006.

PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION LIST DEADLINE
To be included in the printed Preliminary Registration List for distribution
to all conference attendees, PTC must receive your completed registration
form and payment by Friday, 5 January 2007.
VISA PROCESSING DELAYS
Please allow for ample time to obtain a visa before your planned travel to
PTC'07. Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of scrutiny
than in the past. The U.S. Department of State recommends that visa applications
be submitted 4-5 months in advance as delays are expected.
