1Government: Employees of government agencies. Please send an email to ptcreg@ptc.org from your work email address requesting to register as a government employee. An email response will be sent within one (1) week.

4Faculty: Full-time employees at a recognized academic institution. Please send a brief letter on official letterhead via email to ptcreg@ptc.org requesting to register as Faculty. An email response will be sent within one (1) week.

5Student: Full-time undergraduate and graduate students only. Current school registration required, including full-time online course programs. (Part-time students are not eligible.) Please be advised that the fee for student registration does not include lunches. The cost for lunch is an additional USD 23 per day, on the days that lunch is served. Please send current school registration via email to ptcreg@ptc.org requesting to register as a Student. An email response will be sent within one (1) week.

PTC’23 press registration and benefits are provided to individuals who possess valid press credentials (e.g., editor, journalist, reporter, writer) that prove affiliation with a recognized international, national, or regional media outlet. Press registration and benefits are accorded in anticipation of a good-faith effort on the part of the registrant to provide press coverage of PTC’23. *Only one (1) PTC’23 press registration per organization will be authorized.

Please note that if you are a sales representative or hold a non-reporting/editorial position (e.g., general manager, graphic designer, marketing, or public relations personnel) with a media outlet, you do not qualify for PTC’23 press benefits.

PTC requires press to submit ALL of the following items to confirm press credentials:

  1. A business card or copy of masthead showing your name, title, and media outlet’s logo.
  2. A letter from the editor or publisher of the publication to which you are assigned, stating that you are covering PTC’23 on assignment.
  3. The link to, or a copy of three (3) articles you have written within the past year with your byline.

Bloggers, independent, and/or online media reporters must provide additional materials upon request, including but not limited to links to posts showing a continuous and significant online presence and audience reach.

To request press registration, please review the PTC’23 Press Guidelines and complete the press pass request form by Wednesday, 4 January 2023. A PTC representative will respond within one (1) week.

*There are a select number of press registrations available for the in-person or online components of the Annual Conference. It is best to submit any requests ahead of the deadline.

Registered and paid attendees for PTC’23 are able to invite one (1) young professional from their company to register for PTC’23 for free.

The following are the details:

  • The young professional must be between the ages of 21–35.
  • One (1) complimentary young professional registration per company is allowed.
  • A total of 50 young professional registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that the registered attendee has paid for their conference registration.
  • Full conference or online registration are the applicable categories. The young professional registration category will be the same as the paid registrant.
  • PTC Members must be in good standing to take advantage of member discounts on registration. A PTC Member in good standing must have their membership dues renewed prior to PTC’23.
  • This offer is open to PTC Members and non-members.

To request for a young professional registration, the paid PTC’23 registrant needs to complete the Young Professional BOGO Registrant Form. A PTC representative will verify the paid registration and notify both parties via email within one (1) week if the young professional registration has been approved or denied. Upon approval, the young professional will be asked to complete their registration online.
