Request a Press Pass

PTC will provide complimentary press passes to approved press. Press passes include access to program sessions, the Opening Reception, the PTC HUB, and more. Journalists are encouraged to request a press pass early. Members of the press are required to apply for a press pass for each Annual Conference.

To request press registration, please review the PTC’22 Press Guidelines and complete the press pass request form below by Thursday,
6 January 2022. A PTC representative will respond within one (1) week.

*There are a select number of press registrations available for the in-person or online components of the Annual Conference. It is best to submit any requests ahead of the deadline.

Members of the press are required to apply for a press pass each year.
  • IMPORTANT: If you are a member of the press attending one of our events, we may share your name, job title, company name, country, and email address with website visitors upon their request as part of the event press list.

  • A business card or copy of masthead showing your name, title, and media outlet’s logo.
    Accepted file types: jpg, png, pdf, doc, docx, Max. file size: 50 MB.
  • A letter from the editor or publisher of the publication to which you are assigned stating that you are covering PTC’20 on assignment.
    Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, Max. file size: 50 MB.
  • The link to or a copy of three (3) articles you have written within the past year with your byline.
