PTC’DC will take place at the JW Marriott Washington, D.C. Here’s some information to help you with your hotel and travel arrangements.

Hotel
A limited number of PTC’DC block rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the JW Marriott Washington, DC. Rooms reserved outside of the PTC’DC room block will incur the standard rate along with a destination fee of USD 35 plus tax per room per night.
Reserve your room by 12 August 2025 (6 PM EST) to qualify for the discounted PTC rate.
PTC'DC Special Room Rate*
Standard Guest Room USD 289
*Room rate is in USD and is subject to the appropriate local and occupancy taxes in effect at time of check-in. These taxes are currently 15.95% per room per night occupied. If the desired room type is not available, the next available room type will be assigned.
The above rate applies to a maximum occupancy of four (4) guests sharing the same guest room.
Note: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at noon. Luggage storage is available at the bell stand located in the main lobby.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one (1) room night plus tax per room, payable to JW Marriott Washington, DC, is required for all reservations. Credit card deposits will be charged by JW Marriott Washington, DC, at the time of reservation. This deposit is refundable for reservations canceled within 72 hours prior to the day of arrival, local host time.
Early Departure Policy
At check-in, the front desk will confirm your check-out date. If your room is reserved outside of the PTC’DC room block and you choose to depart earlier than your original check-out date, an early departure fee of one (1) room night plus tax per room will apply.

Airport
Fly into the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (airport code: DCA), which is located approximately 4.3 miles from the conference hotel.
Taxi
The fare for a taxi ranges from USD 20 to USD 30 and total travel time is approximately 15 to 25 minutes. A few taxi options are noted below.

Rideshare
Uber and Lyft are available in Washington, D.C. Fares vary based on the transportation method chosen. Airport pickup locations are located at Terminal 1 – third outer curb, and Terminal 2 – Baggage Claim (Arrivals) level, first floor, on the outer curb.
Metrorail
The Washington, DC Metrorail system has a Metrorail station connected to the concourse level of Terminal 2 at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The nearest Metro station to the conference hotel is:
