* PTC Members must be in good standing in order to be eligible for the discounted registration rate. To be considered a PTC Member in good standing, your membership dues renewal must be completed before PTC’26.

1 Government: Employees of government agencies. Please send an email to ptcreg@ptc.org from your work email address requesting to register as a government employee. An email response will be sent within one (1) week.

2 PTC Individual Member: Those who are members in the Individual category.

3 PTC Program Participant: Panelists, moderators, chairpersons, speakers, presenters.

4 Faculty: Full-time employees at a recognized academic institution. Please send a brief letter on official letterhead via email to ptcreg@ptc.org requesting to register as Faculty. An email response will be sent within one (1) week.

5 Student: Full-time undergraduate and graduate students only. Current school registration required, including full-time online course programs. (Part-time students are not eligible.) Please send current school registration via email to ptcreg@ptc.org requesting to register as a Student. An email response will be sent within one (1) week.

Press Registration

Press registration and benefits for PTC’26 are provided to individuals who possess valid press credentials (e.g., editor, journalist, reporter, writer) that demonstrate affiliation with a recognized international, national, or regional media outlet. Press registration and benefits are granted with the expectation of a good-faith effort by the registrant to provide press coverage of PTC’26.

*Only one (1) PTC’26 Press Registration per organization will be authorized.

Please note that if you are a sales representative or hold a non-reporting/editorial position (e.g., general manager, graphic designer, marketing, or public relations personnel) with a media outlet, you do not qualify for PTC’26 press benefits.

To confirm press credentials, PTC requires the submission of ALL the following items:

  1. A business card or a copy of the masthead showing your name, title, and media outlet’s logo.
  2. A letter from the editor or publisher of the publication to which you are assigned, stating that you are covering PTC’26 on assignment.
  3. A link to, or a copy of, three (3) articles you have written within the past year with your byline.

Bloggers, independent, and/or online media reporters must provide additional materials upon request, including but not limited to links to posts showing a continuous and significant online presence and audience reach.

To request press registration, please review the press guidelines and complete the press pass request form by Wednesday, 7 January 2026. A PTC representative will respond within one (1) week.

Members of the press are required to apply for a press pass each year.

IMPORTANT: If you are a member of the press attending one of our events, we may share your name, job title, company name, country, and email address with website visitors upon their request as part of the event press list.

            Young Professional Registration

            Registered and paid attendees for PTC’26 are able to invite up to two (2) young professionals from their company to register for PTC’26 for free.

            The following are the details:

            • The young professional must be between the ages of 21–35.
            • Up to two (2) complimentary young professional registrations per company are allowed.
            • A total of 75 young professional registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, provided that the registered attendee has paid for their Full conference registration.
            • Full conference registration is the applicable category. The young professional registration category will be the same as the paid registrant.

            To request for a young professional registration, the paid PTC’26 registrant needs to complete the Young Professional BOGO Registrant Form. A PTC representative will verify the paid registration and notify both parties via email within one (1) week if the young professional registration has been approved or denied. Upon approval, the young professional will be asked to complete their registration online.
