Infrakey DC Parks and the City of Lacy Lakeview announce the Lacy Lakeview Data District (L2D2), a 520-acre, 925MW platform for hyperscale and AI data centers in Lacy Lakeview, Texas. Signed January 20, 2026, at PTC 2026 in Honolulu by CEO Braham Singh and Mayor Charles Wilson, L2D2 integrates Infrakey land into city jurisdiction for fast approvals. Features unified ERCOT grid via substation, behind-the-meter power, energy storage, microgrids, reclaimed wastewater, multi-fiber, and district cooling. Phase I delivers 300MW (150MW initial, 150MW by 2027); full build eyes $2B+ investments, jobs, and community growth. Central Texas leads with land, power, and speed for AI/cloud demands.
