Here’s some information to help you with your hotel and travel arrangements for PTC’27.
Hotel
A limited number of PTC’27 block rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort. Rooms reserved outside of the PTC’27 room block will be charged a resort fee of USD 55 plus tax per room per night. Reserve your room by 12 December 2026 to qualify for the discounted PTC rate.
Reserve your room early, as rooms tend to sell out.

*Room rates listed are in USD and are subject to the appropriate local and occupancy taxes in effect at time of check-in. These taxes are currently 18.712% per room per night occupied. If the desired room type is not available, the next available room type will be assigned.
In cooperation with PTC, the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort contributes a portion of the room rate toward the financial assistance fund.
The above rates are for single or double occupancy. For three (3) or four (4) guests sharing the same guest room, there is an additional charge per person per night.
Resort Charge
The room rates shown above are exclusive of the resort charge. A daily resort charge at the PTC group discounted rate of USD 20 plus taxes per room per night will apply.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of two (2) room nights plus tax per room, payable to Hilton, is required for all reservations. Credit card deposits will be charged by Hilton at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable for reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date.
Early Departure Policy
At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. If you choose to depart earlier than your original check-out date, an early departure fee may apply.

Transportation
Airport
Fly into the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (airport code: HNL), which is located approximately eight (8) miles from the conference hotel on the island of Oahu.
Mobile Passport Control (MPC) is now extended to additional countries, including Australia.
SpeediShuttle
SpeediShuttle provides shared-ride airport transfers between the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Waikiki hotels.
Guests with prearranged arrival reservations are met in the airport’s baggage claim area, then directed to their waiting shuttle.
SpeediShuttle is the only shuttle company that can pick up and drop off guests at the main lobby of the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort.

Uber and Lyft are available on Oahu. Fares vary based on the transportation method chosen. Airport pick up locations are located on the first level.
