Third annual event brings government and industry leaders together for practical conversations on growth, trust, security, and the future of connectivity.

Reston, Virginia, September 17, 2026 — PTC’DC 2026 concluded today at the Hyatt Regency Reston with record attendance, drawing roughly 10% more attendees than last year and marking the event’s third consecutive year of growth as digital infrastructure takes on greater importance.

The one-day conference brought together leaders from government, policy, capital, technology, data centers, fiber, power, cybersecurity, and community development for practical conversations about what it will take to support the next phase of the digital economy.

This year’s agenda focused on issues that are top of mind across the industry, including AI-driven infrastructure demand, power and land constraints, capital investment, fiber connectivity, community trust, national competitiveness, cybersecurity, and the responsible growth of digital technologies worldwide.

“PTC’DC keeps growing because these conversations are becoming more important and more urgent,” said Brian Moon, CEO, PTC. “This year, you could feel that in the room. People came ready to talk honestly about the opportunities ahead, but also about the real challenges around power, land, security, policy, and community impact.”

Now in its third year, PTC’DC has become a focused Washington, D.C.-area forum for discussion across the digital infrastructure ecosystem. The 2026 event generated strong engagement throughout the day, with conversations continuing across panels, interviews, networking sessions, and the closing reception.

Momentum from PTC’DC 2026 will continue at PTC’27, PTC’s flagship annual conference, now in its 49th year, from January 17–20, 2027, in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
