Established in honor of Richard J. Barber (1936-2014), PTC’s founding executive director, this award recognizes the value of a member, staff, or volunteer who has provided exceptional service to PTC over a significant period.

All nominations for this prestigious award undergo a meticulous review process by the PTC Awards & Honors Committee, which then presents their recommendations to PTC’s Board of Governors for final approval. The selected awardee will be announced during the PTC Awards Ceremony at the Annual Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii.
