Mission Critical Group (MCG) has acquired DVM Power + Control, a top U.S. manufacturer of low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution equipment. The move adds 350,000 sq ft across PA, GA and CTโgrowing MCGโs footprint to over 1M sq ft of electrical manufacturing capacity in the U.S. and enhancing power solutions, service capabilities and technical expertise.
