What are the exhibit booth rates?
10’x10’ Exhibit Booth
Each 10’x10’ exhibit booth consists of two (2) or three (3) walls with an open front, one (1) 6-foot rectangular skirted table, two (2) chairs, and a wastebasket. Benefits include four (4) Full Conference registrations and discounted registration rates for additional exhibitor attendants.

Meeting Booths
Meet with industry leaders at PTC’26 in your private meeting booth in the PTC HUB. Each booth is a stand-alone unit that consists of four (4) walls and a door for maximum privacy.
Note: One (1) company is allowed per booth.

Meeting Tables
Host formal or informal meetings with industry peers at your own meeting table in the PTC HUB or Coral Lounge. Each meeting table registration includes:
- A dedicated meeting table with four (4) chairs, available Sunday–Wednesday, 18–21 January 2026.
- Your company logo displayed on a table stand (upgrade to a printed tablecloth for an additional cost).
- Your company logo with a hyperlink featured on the PTC’26 Meeting Table Directory.
- Four (4) Full Conference registrations.
