Note: This is a PTC Members-only event. Tickets are for PTC Members and their spouses/significant others. Non-members are not eligible to attend. All RSVPs will be reviewed prior to and on the evening of the event. Please see additional details below.

Breathe in the scent of the great Pacific Ocean on the lovely open-air Na Lea Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, just steps away from Waikiki Beach. Join us for a serene and picturesque evening among friends and colleagues while enjoying cocktails, pupus, and live entertainment.
Transportation
Round-trip transportation will be provided from the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Grand Islander Bus Depot to the Hyatt Regency.
Trolleys will depart from The Grand Islander Bus Depot beginning at 6:10 PM. The last trolley will load from the Hyatt Regency at 8:30 PM.
Attendees who take the trolley transportation will have an opportunity to get their wristband for entry into the soirée before they arrive on-site at the Hyatt. We encourage attendees to take advantage of the trolley transportation!
Eligibility
Due to limited space, we encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible. RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We have removed the ticket restriction, but we ask that you be mindful of how many attendees you’re sending. Should you need to change your RSVP status, please email us at membership@ptc.org so we can release your spot to another member.
If you wish to bring your spouse/significant other to the PTC’26 Members’ Soirée, you may purchase additional tickets at a subsidized rate of USD 55 per person. Ticket prices will increase to USD 70 starting Friday, 26 December 2025.
Please indicate on the RSVP form if you’d like to purchase an additional ticket for your spouse/significant other and we will send you an invoice once your RSVP has been submitted.
Dress Code
Smart casual (aloha shirts are encouraged).

Who is invited to attend?
The official invitation will be emailed to all PTC Members and RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you please RSVP as soon as possible, and should you need to change your RSVP status, please notify membership@ptc.org so your spot may be given to another member. All RSVPs to the Members’ Soirée should be submitted by attendees by Friday, 2 January 2026.
May I bring my spouse/significant other?
You may bring your spouse/significant other, but you will need to purchase a ticket for him/her.
How may I purchase additional tickets?
To purchase an additional ticket for your spouse/significant other, please indicate that you’d like to purchase an additional ticket when you RSVP, or email membership@ptc.org for assistance.
Are non-members able to attend?
The PTC’26 Members’ Soirée is being held as a special honor for PTC Members only. Other than your spouse/significant other, we do not allow invitations to be transferred to anyone outside of your company, including other member companies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
How will I gain entry to the event?
After submitting an RSVP for the PTC’26 Members’ Soirée, the member will receive a notification if they’ve been registered for the event, or added to the wait list (pending availability). Attendees will need to show their PTC’26 badge for entry. Any spouse/significant other will be asked to check-in at registration for entry.
