A limited number of rooms are available at the conference venue, the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort, under the PTC’13 room block. Reserve your room by Thursday, 20 December 2012 to qualify for the discounted PTC sleeping room rate.

Full conference registrants
Networker registrants
One-day registrants
Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors
Exhibitor and cubicle renters (up to six (6) cubicle staff per cubicle)

*Room rates are listed above in U.S. Dollars and are subject to the appropriate local and occupancy taxes in effect at time of check-in. These fees are currently 13.962% per room night occupied. If the desired room type is not available, the next available room type will be assigned.

In cooperation with PTC, the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Waikiki Beach Resort will contribute a portion of the room rate to defray expenses.

The above rates are for single or double occupancy. There is an additional US$50 charge per person for three (3) or more guests sharing the same guest room.

Note: The above rates only apply to one sleeping room per person. If you are not registered as a Full conference / Networker / One-day registrant, a sponsor (Diamond, Platinum, or Gold), or an exhibitor or cubicle renter (up to six (6) cubicle staff), the special room rate will increase by US$25 per night. (This rate increase supersedes any lower rates confirmed by the Hilton.)

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one (1) room night plus tax per room, payable to Hilton, is required for all reservations. Credit card deposits will be charged by Hilton at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable for reservations cancelled within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date.

Early Departure Policy

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, a US$100 early departure fee will be charged by Hilton. Price is subject to change.
