Board of Governors Nominations and Elections: A Message from the SPC Chair

Aloha PTC Members!

Warm greetings to everyone!  As we approach the month of September, we are excited to kick off the annual Board of Governors nominations and elections process. This process is overseen by the Succession Planning Committee (SPC), operating under the direction of the Advisory Council, in alignment with PTC bylaws.  Our goal is to foster robust and dynamic governance within PTC while advancing our members’ best interests.

One of the paramount privileges of being a PTC member is the power vested in you to nominate others or yourself, and to exercise your voting rights.  The Secretariat has contacted each PTC member to validate membership details and ensure the accuracy of their contact information.  

The nominations period spans from 11 September to 17 October, followed by the elections phase from 1-9 November. Over the coming weeks, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions for submitting nominations, and thereafter, election ballots.  

Your active involvement in this pivotal facet of PTC’s evolution is not just encouraged; it is essential. Your engagement today will undeniably shape the leadership that will steer PTC into our next stage of making an impact across the digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and ICT sector.
