PTC’23 Members’ Soirée

PTC’23 is quickly approaching and we are eager to welcome you back to Honolulu, Hawaii in January.

To thank you for your membership and continued support of PTC, we invite you to join us for an exclusive evening at the Na Lea Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa.

Note: This is a PTC Members-only event. Tickets are for PTC Members and their spouses/significant others. Non-members are not eligible to attend. All RSVPs will be reviewed prior to and on the evening of the event. Please see additional details below.

Event Details

Breathe in the scent of the great Pacific Ocean on the lovely open-air Na Lea Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa, just steps away from Waikiki Beach.

Join us for a serene and picturesque evening among friends and colleagues while enjoying cocktails, pupus, and live entertainment.

Transportation

Round-trip transportation will be provided from the Hilton Hawaiian Village® Grand Islander Bus Depot to the Hyatt Regency.

Trolleys will depart from The Grand Islander Bus Depot beginning at 18:10. The last trolley will load from the Hyatt Regency at 20:30.

Dress Code

Smart casual (aloha shirts are encouraged).

Eligibility

Due to limited space, the number of attendees invited from each company is based on the company’s membership category. The membership category is determined by the size of the company.

However, if you wish to bring your spouse/significant other to the PTC’23 Members’ Soirée, you may purchase additional tickets at a subsidized rate of USD 55 per person, up to the same number of invitations allotted to your company. Ticket prices will increase to USD 70 starting Friday, 30 December 2022.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHO WILL DECIDE WHICH MEMBERS OF MY COMPANY WILL BE INVITED TO ATTEND?

The official invitation will be emailed to the PTC Member representatives (i.e., Primary, Alternate, and Public Relations) of each company. These member representatives will need to appoint an official contact who will provide PTC with a final list of PTC’23 Members’ Soirée attendees by Wednesday, 4 January 2023. In other words, each company will be deciding for itself who will attend the PTC’23 Members’ Soirée.

May I bring my spouse/significant other?

You may bring your spouse/significant other, but his/her invitation will be deducted from the total number of invitations allocated to your company.

For example, if your company is allocated four (4) invitations as an FP2 member, only two (2) invitations remain to be distributed among the rest of your company (as you and your spouse/significant other will be using two (2) invitations). Please note that your spouse/significant other will need to be listed separately on the RSVP roster.

How may I purchase additional tickets?

To purchase additional tickets for your spouse/significant other, please indicate the number of tickets you would like to purchase in the RSVP form or email soiree@ptc.org for assistance.

Additional tickets purchased are strictly limited to the same number of invitations allotted to your company.

Are non-members able to attend?

The PTC’23 Members’ Soirée is being held as a special honor for PTC Members only. Other than your spouse/significant other, we do not allow invitations to be transferred to anyone outside of your company, including other member companies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
