On 11 July 2018, a special meeting of PTC Members was held to vote upon proposed amendments to the PTC Bylaws that change the regional/membership categories and allocations relating to the Board of Governors and Advisory Council. Based on the membership vote, the proposed amendments were approved.

Strong voter turnout from the PTC membership exceeded the 5 percent required by the PTC Bylaws. Thank you to all who attended the special meeting via conference call and participated in the discussions and vote. Special thanks to members who submitted their proxy voting form and gave feedback about the proposed amendments.
