Eric is a Senior Consultant and Head of the Telecoms Cost Management practice at Cambridge Management Consulting. Eric is also a Director of Procurement-as-a-Service company, The Carrier Club (a Cambridge Management Consulting Group company).
With a degree in econometrics from the University of New South Wales, Eric started his telecoms career with the Overseas Telecommunications Commission (now part of Telstra Australia) forecasting telephone minutes.
Since then, he has held voice focused roles in IDD, international settlements, refile & audiotext in the APA region with Telstra, Asia Pacific Telecom and SITA, before moving to London in 2000.
During his time in Europe, Eric’s focus has been on running carrier procurement teams for data and voice large telcos such as Equant/Orange, COLT, AT&T, and Level3 before turning his skills to consulting in October 2015.

Gary Kim is a communications industry analyst of 30 years, and currently works as a telecom/Internet conference content developer, authoring white papers, articles, and marketing collateral for firms in the communications industry.
He recently founded the Spectrum Futures conference for the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), and acts as a conference advisor for PTC.
He was cited as a global “Power Mobile Influencer” by Forbes; ranked second in the world for strategic coverage of the mobile business.
He is a member of Mensa, the international organization for people with IQs in the top 2 percent.

Unitas Global is a leading provider of Connected Hybrid Cloud solutions for organizations around the world. Mr. Kirkwood founded Unitas because he saw a need for managed, end-to-end IT solutions for companies that rely heavily on cloud infrastructure, but don’t want to focus on it as a core function of their business.
Prior to founding Unitas Global, Mr. Kirkwood served as CTO at PacketExchange, a global network service provider and peering platform headquartered in London with operations throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Russell has worked many greenfield build-outs and overlays, as well as day-to-day operations with a particular emphasis on customer experience and cost containment.

Mark leads AppsFlyer’s sales team across South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand where it is committed to growing a dynamic mobile ecosystem by providing data-driven mobile marketers with a comprehensive suite of measurement and analytical solutions to optimize their mobile business. Prior to joining AppsFlyer, Mark honed his passion for the mobile space across China and Europe, most recently heading operations at Pickatale.

Ocean Specialists, Inc. (OSI)
Tony specializes in telecommunications operations specifically in wireless, wireline, broadband, and wholesale markets. Tony has been in the telecommunications industry for 25 years having worked for MCI International, GTE International, and Verizon Business as a General Manager of a full-service telecommunications company, Micronesian Telecommunications Corp. Tony is currently operating as Director of Business Development and Project Manager for OSI supporting the build of ICN 2 submarine cable system between Solomon Islands and Vanuatu.
He has developed insightful skills from managing numerous products and services to include wireless, wireline, IPTV, wholesale, voice, data, managed services colocation, and submarine cables.
Tony led the sale of a Verizon Business telecommunications property overseas from the initial business case through the regulatory FCC and DHS Team telecommunications approval process. Following the sale of the business unit, he became the Chief Operating Officer of the company and a member of the Pacific Telecom Inc. Board of Directors; he provided corporate direction and oversight to a full-service operating telecommunications company.
Has been a member of PTC and PITA since 1998 and 2001 respectively.
Tony was in the U.S. Navy and was the Officer in Charge of the U.S. Navy Office in Singapore as a Lieutenant Commander in the Supply Corps.
VP Business Development EMEA
Mr. Shaw is a senior international telecommunication specialist with over 30 years of experience in the field of technology, business development, and sales.
As the current VP of EMEA, Equinix, Mr. Shaw specializes particularly in the deployment of subsea cable systems into the Equinix facilities, the latest includes the Cinia C-Lion1 Cable (from Frankfurt to Helsinki) and Eastern Light (from Helsinki to Stockholm). He is also responsible for the collaboration with key cloud providers (e.g., Amazon, Google), as well as the location and acquisition of facilities in new markets.
Having worked previously in Hong Kong, Johannesburg, the Middle East, and London, Mr. Shaw is currently based in Amsterdam.
