The PTC’20 Media Center offers sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees the opportunity to share news during the Annual Conference. There are also advertising opportunities available to schedule an executive interview or air a commercial on PTC-TV. Members of the media can request a press pass and the general public can request a press list.

Media Center FAQs
All press releases must be received by 12:00 HST the day BEFORE they are to be published.
We will not be accepting any press releases after 12:00 HST on Tuesday, 22 January.
Yes. You can submit a press release any time. However, PTC will only publish news and announcements that occur during the Conference.
Releases will be published the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the Conference. You can specify your preferred publication date when you submit your press release online. Please note that only releases submitted before 12:00 HST will be included in the NEXT day’s announcement email that is sent to all conference registrants.
To submit a press release, we ask that you provide your contact information, the title of the release, a short summary (teaser copy), and a link to a PDF of your release. You will also be asked to provide a publication date. Please also include a company logo and, if you wish, supporting visuals (images and/or video footage).
All approved press releases will be published via the following channels:
- Announcements page on the PTC website
- Daily newsletter sent to conference registrants
Select press releases may also be covered in a PTC-TV news segment.
All of these services are offered at no cost courtesy of PTC.
Here is the press release publication schedule:
- Announcements page on the PTC website: 05:00 HST the day AFTER the release was submitted (if submitted by 12:00 HST)
- Daily newsletter sent to conference registrants: 05:00 HST the day AFTER the release was submitted (if submitted by 12:00 HST)
- PTC-TV news segment: As early as 22:00 HST on the day the release was submitted (if submitted by 12:00 HST)
IMPORTANT: Press releases included in a PTC-TV news segment may air the night before they are scheduled to be released. For instance, let’s say you submit a release Sunday morning for publication on Monday. If your release is included in a PTC-TV news segment, that segment may begin airing as early as 22:00 HST on Sunday night. If you do not want to risk your release being covered early, please do not choose to have your release considered for inclusion in a PTC-TV news segment when you complete the Press Release Submission Form.
Here is when and where you can watch the PTC-TV news segments:
- Monday, 21 January through Tuesday, 22 January: The daily PTC-TV show will be on rotation on the in-room television sets at the Hilton, the large-screen projector in the PTC HUB, and on the video wall near the PTC-TV stage in the Coral Lounge. A new show will air each day. (While there will be a PTC-TV show on Sunday, 20 January, that show will not contain a news segment.)
- Wednesday, 23 January: Wednesday’s PTC-TV show will be available on YouTube and Vimeo. You will also be able to find the show on the PTC-TV webpage.
- After the conference: All of the shows will be available on YouTube, Vimeo, and the PTC-TV webpage.
To schedule press interviews, request the press list. You may then contact individual members of the press directly to arrange meetings.
