Suites & Converted Rooms

Network and negotiate in privacy and comfort by reserving a suite or standard guest room to convert into a meeting space, which can accommodate a variety of activities, from office use to business meetings to social events.

Nearly any standard guest room on property can be converted to meeting space. Suite location options include:

  • Rainbow Tower, room numbers ending in 00, 01, 12, or 13
  • Tapa Tower, room numbers ending in 29 or 30*
  • Ali‘i Tower, room numbers ending in 02 or 05 and 1408/09/12/14 and 1508/09/12/14
  • Diamond Head Tower, rooms on floors 14–17

Rainbow Tower

1. Suite Conversion*: To be eligible to reserve a hotel suite for hospitality, office, meeting purposes, or personal use, you must spend a predetermined minimum on one (1) or more of the following PTC items:

  • PTC Registrations
  • Sponsorships
  • Advertising
  • Exhibit cubicles
  • Meeting cubicles
  • Meeting tables
  • Suite signage (kiosk or door cling)

Eligibility to reserve a suite is not fulfilled by the purchase of lunch tickets, reception tickets, meeting and function rooms, and membership dues. All payments to the Hilton are also excluded. The applicable minimum (as mentioned on the PTC’20 Suite and Converted Guest Room Agreement) is based on the type of suite (e.g., parlor, parlor plus one bedroom, or parlor plus two bedrooms) and must be met for each suite reserved. Please note this minimum is in addition to the rates charged by the Hilton.

2. Standard Guest Room Conversion*: To be eligible to reserve a standard guest room and convert it for hospitality, office, or meeting purposes, you must spend a minimum of USD 1,000 (USD 2,000 Non-member rate) on one (1) or more of the following PTC items:

  • PTC Registrations
  • Sponsorships
  • Advertising
  • Exhibit cubicles
  • Meeting cubicles
  • Meeting tables
  • Suite signage (kiosk or door cling)

Eligibility to reserve a converted standard guest room is not fulfilled by the purchase of lunch tickets, reception tickets, meeting and function rooms, and membership dues. All payments to the Hilton are also excluded. Please note that the minimum eligibility requirements must be met for each converted room and is in addition to the rates charged by the Hilton.

3. PTC is not responsible for furniture and setup requirements and does not cover any costs associated with furniture and setup. Please work directly with the Hilton for these arrangements.

4. PTC controls the use of hotel meeting facilities and function rooms for meetings, presentations, and hospitality functions. Meeting and function rooms will be released only to organizations that have registered at least four (4) Full Conference Registrations or six (6) Networker Registrations. For evening functions that serve food and beverage, a PTC facilities charge of USD 5 per person (based on F&B head count) will be invoiced to the hosting organization. This charge will be used to defray conference expenses and fund future PTC programs. Note: PTC’20 Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors will be given first priority on reserving meeting facilities and function rooms. For more information, please email ptc20@ptc.org.

Digital kiosk signage will display your company name and suite/meeting room number(s). The kiosks will be displayed in several Hilton hotel lobbies as well as in the Mid-Pacific Conference Center. Download the Kiosk Signage Order Form.

Door cling signage will be applied on the front of your suite/meeting room door. You will be responsible for providing artwork to PTC. Specifications and deadlines will be provided. Download the Door Cling Order Form.

Signage Policy

All signage to be displayed in public areas must receive written approval in advance from PTC. PTC and Hilton security will remove all other unauthorized signs. If you are interested in purchasing a door cling or having your hospitality suite or meeting room location listed on the PTC’20 digital kiosk directories, please email suites@ptc.org.

FUNCTION & MEETING ROOMS

Meeting rooms are available to suit your networking needs.

PTC’20 Diamond, Platinum, and Gold sponsors are given first priority on reserving meeting and function rooms and outdoor space.

Available by the hour, the day, or a 24-hour hold, your room can be used for private meetings, temporary office space, or receptions. Please email ptc20@ptc.org or call +1.808.941.3789 to discuss options.

Meeting Cubicles

Meet with industry leaders at PTC’20 in your private meeting cubicle. Each cubicle is a stand-alone unit that consists of four (4) walls and a door for maximum privacy.

Meeting Tables

Hold formal and informal discussions and meetings with senior telecommunications and ICT executives at your own meeting table. Each meeting table includes:

  • Meeting table with four (4) chairs
  • Your company’s logo on a table stand (Upgrade to a printed tablecloth for an additional cost.)
  • Your company’s logo in the Program Guide
